Workforce

The workforce strand of the Balanced System is where you can find information and links to training and resources to support the development of skills and competences to support speech, language and communication. Training and resources will range from self-directed learning and audits through to specific training courses to enable the delivery of targeted and specialist support for children with speech, language and communication needs.
